Art is meant to be experienced, not just seen. As creative directors of ArtDesk, a twice-yearly print publication focusing on contemporary art, performance and cultural affairs, we created versatile brand and layout that was both elegant and adaptable, but most importantly had a point of view. The magazine was not a blank gallery wall but a vibrant and visual take on the art and articles within; utilizing unexpected paper stocks, printing techniques, tailored photography and custom inks to enhance each issue with a unique perspective and style.
