Brand
DE.CO is a contemporary food hall with 8 unique restaurant concepts and soaring atrium bar, set in the historic DuPont Building in the heart of downtown Wilmington, Delaware. We were approached to name the eatery and create a unifying brand that could stand solidly on its own and also complement the individual stalls housed within. Walking the line between the stately, guilded-age styling of the building and the casual, everyday intent of the eatery’s vibe, we created a bright, bold brand with a contemporary take on art deco relief and modern type with throwback flair. For DE.CO's massive 50 foot atrium space we created a fantastical wallpaper mural with a plethora of distinct elements to spy; something new to see no matter how many times you look.
